Official commemorative buckle made by Clint Mortenson for the Working Ranch Cowboy Association. The WRCA is committed to preserving the heritage and lifestyle of the Working Ranch Cowboy and hold a great rodeo in Amarillo Texas. Four rubies, rope edge, silvlerplating with engraving and with bronze 3 3/4" x 2 3/4" and for a 1 1/2" belt. Brand new, mint condition.
