Very Unusual Large Copper Buckle

Let's start by saying this buckle is LARGE. 10 1/2" x 4" and for a 2" belt. It's made of copper and has been hand shaped with bronze(?) figures and highlighting. I was told it was made for a Native American rodeo event. Back is enscribed "Made by Lloyd Notah-Navajo, year 1982, Santow, Arizona". There is discoloration and some of the enamel has worn off but still a very unusual and collectible buckle. This shape of buckle is sometimes called a panoroma buckle.
