Schazlein Sterling and Gold Steer Head

The famous R. Schazlein & Son company in San Francisco made this smaller size sterling silver buckle with superb scroll work and then added a 1/10th 12k gold steerhead. 2 1/4" x 1 1/2" and for a 1" belt. Front is in mint condition, back shows it has been worn.
