Salinas Rodeo 2003 Commemorative Buckle

Commemorative buckle made for the 2003 Salinas Rodeo in Northern California. Made by Montana Silversmith, it's silverplated with rope edge, American flag with the rodeo logo over it. Nice looking! 3 3/4" X 3 1/4" and for a 1 1/2" belt. Mint condition, never worn.
