Called the "Santa Barbara" buckle because it best typifies the brilliant era of the colorful Spanish Dons in early California. Solid sterling, 14k gold large horse, arrowheads engraved with flowers, delicate rope edge. Made by James Stegman. 3 1/2" x 2 1/4" and for a 1 1/2" belt. Brand new, mint condition.
