Solid brass buckle for the Nebraska Wildlife Habitat. This is the Malcolm Gun Club 1992 buckle and features a racoon. Apparently this image was also a stamp that year, with the original art work by Larry J. Bailey. 3 3/4" x 2 3/4" and for up to a 1 1/2" belt. Made by Award Design Metals. Mint condition.
