Mesquite Trophy Filigree without rubies

Sterling silver trophy buckle with sterling silver scrolls, two tone longhorn in yellow and rose gold, and with 14k yellow flowers. Even the back is engraved. Made by famous silversmith Matt Hackett in Richmond, Texas. He is the sole provider of buckles for the Texas Rangers and has made buckles for both the Bush presidents. 3 1/8” x 2 5/16” and fits a 1 ½” belt. Mint condition, brand new. Exceptional buckle!
