Hollywood Classics Sterling Boot Buckle with Stars

Wonderful buckle made by Hollywood Classics in Oklahoma (Gary Parsons was the founder). Sterling silver, 14k gold, fully hand engraved on the front and the back(!). 3" x 2" and for a 1 1/4" belt. Brand new, mint condition. Excellent!
