Filigree Buckle with 14K Gold Horse

Outstanding scalloped horse buckle with cut out filigree sections. Most silversmiths won't do filigree because it is so difficult and time consuming to do. Solid sterling, 14k gold large horse, arrowheads engraved with flowers, delicate rope edge, mountain scene and clouds. Made by James Stegman. 3 1/2" x 2 1/4" and for a 1 1/2" belt. Brand new, mint condition. This is an outstanding buckle!
